We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is sent without paying for shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If the return shipping cost was unpaid, it will be deducted from the refund amount.

Note: Refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:
Custom or personalized products
Sale items or gift cards
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item:
Return the original item through the return process.
Place a separate order for the new item.

Size Exchange:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping fees for resending the new item will be charged to the customer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
