Shipping Policy

International Orders: We ship worldwide via UPS & FedEx Express.

  • Free Shipping: USA & Europe.
  • Paid Shipping: All other countries outside the USA & Europe.

Please check the Customer Services section for shipping fees to countries outside the USA & Europe.

  • Next-day shipping for in-stock items.
  • For out-of-stock items, production is completed within 4 days before shipment.

Delivery Issues

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing recipient information, customer refusal, or any other reason, it will be returned to our facility in Istanbul, Turkey.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missing recipient details, shipping costs, return shipping fees, and handling charges will be deducted from the total refund amount, and only the remaining balance will be refunded.

For returned orders, if the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, they must place a new order and pay the shipping fees again.

To prevent delivery issues, please ensure that your address details are accurate at the time of purchase. Additionally, to allow UPS or FedEx to contact you in case of emergencies, please provide a valid mobile phone number.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.


Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed and must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
